A three-dimensional work in which a DVD with an R-18 is playing inside a box. The box is made of the package paper of the video that is playing, and the image printed on the package paper is folded facing inward. In other words, the inside of the box is a rated space.
The first piece is a sex scene from a pornographic video. The second piece is a violence scene from a rated video.
The title is taken from Robert Morris' work Box with the Sound of its Own Making.
This is the first of the "Hello Project," in which Matsuda, who calls himself a "scum" artist, collaborates on his own with the works of the masters.
