There are two rules in this work.
1. only one person is allowed inside the chained circle
2. one person in the circle must be near the center of the circle.

This work is designed to maintain social distance between people. Some may feel that this forced fate is a curse. However, depending on one's point of view, it can be seen as a device that allows one to feel individuality, such as being able to create a space that can be monopolized by oneself, or to be alone. For the artist, solitary confinement was like the "detention cell" in which he had been as a boy. After the convergence of Covid-19, the work could also serve as a time capsule to remember the pandemic. The artist hopes that art will serve as a device to shift those ideas."
