The concept is that a painting of a famous person who died of overdose and a painting of a bright feather are combined and resurrected as a fairy.
On one side is a picture of a dead person, but the other revives him or her. The patterns on the feather pictures are the chemical formulas of the drugs each used at the time of overdose (sleeping pills for Akutagawa, heroin for Sid). The title is coined from the words necromancer, a surgeon who raises the dead, and romance.
